We collect no information via this website, agade.co. However, if you reach out to us by email and/or if we discuss or provide services for you, we may collect information including you or your organisation's name, contact details, address, gender, pronouns, occupation, payment details, account information, financial transaction information, transaction data, information relating to compliments or complaints, correspondance and records of meetings and decisions.
We will do so solely where necessary in order for us to respond to any inquiries and/or conduct business with you or your organisation, namely, to provide and improve products and services for clients and to deal with queries, complaints or claims.

We only get personal information directly from you, as and when you contact us and provide it in the course or enquiry, correspondence or business.

We will only keep your data for as long as necessary for us to conclude any business with your or your organisation, respond to any enquiries, or retain information for tax purposes.
Where our working relationship has been explicitly concluded, we will retain any information for a maximum period of 5 years.
