Aaron is a thoughtful and highly engaged communications specialist who consistently delivers exceptional work. They take the time to deeply understand an organization’s goals, culture, and mission, then translate that insight into clear, compelling brand messaging.

Aaron brings a fresh perspective, thoughtfully challenging traditional approaches to communication to create content that resonates with a broad and diverse audience. We have truly valued the opportunity to work with them and have learned a great deal from their expertise.

Kirsti Van Dornick

Canadian Disability
Participation Project 2.0

Aaron has been the best associate I could have dreamed of. They really understand the ethical approach that I want to take, and always make an effort to get to the bottom of what I'm trying to express to bring materials to life that are just outstanding.

Everytime we meet, it is intellectual, spiritual and also massively uplifting, making a real difference to the quality of DEI work we are engaged in. Aaron is also a brilliant facilitator, making decisions wisely throughout sessions - to push harder, or to pull back - to sensitively tread the materials with participants who may feel uncomfortable with what is being presented and what is being provoked.

Aaron is the most intelligent, sensitive and human person to work with, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Angie Browne

CEO of Being Luminary

With a wealth of experience in disability inclusion, Aaron has been invaluable in taking our disability-focused research to the next level.

Their genuine passion for making sure that everyone is heard and included comes through in the way they work with other people and the solutions they come up with. They can undertake different aspects of the same project, including data collection and writing for a variety of audiences, with efficiency and creativity.

Aaron has been reliable and flexible throughout, and I cannot recommend them enough.
